Submissions

Contributed talks have been selected on the basis of scientific excellence, fit to the conference, and balance of the program. Submission for contributed talks has now closed. Submissions for contributed posters has also closed.

Areas of interest for QSim include, but are not restricted to:

  • Platforms for quantum simulation
  • Applications of quantum simulation
  • Scaling up quantum simulators
  • Quantum error correction, mitigation, and fault-tolerance in quantum simulation
  • Verification of quantum simulation
  • Fault-tolerant quantum simulation algorithms
  • Near-term quantum simulation algorithms
  • Tomography of quantum many-body systems
  • Many-body physics in quantum simulators
  • Proofs of quantumness

Important dates:

  • Contributed talk submission deadline: April 12 2026
  • Decision notification: May 30 2026
  • Poster submission deadline: July 10 2026

All deadlines are in the AoE (Anywhere on Earth) time zone.

Submission Guidelines

Contributed talk submissions:

Submissions are invited for contributed talks that will be presented as short (15 min) talks at the conference. Talks that are not included in the program will be considered as posters, and poster-only submissions are also possible.

Poster submissions:

Talk submissions that are not retained will automatically be considered for the poster session. In addition, you can submit your work for a poster-only presentation. In the latter case, no extended abstract is required.

Submission format:

Submissions for contributed talks should include an extended abstract up to 3 pages (including figures, but not including references) that provides a clear, and insightful description of the main ideas, results, and impact of the work. A full paper containing the results may be included by citing within the submission, but is not required. All extended abstract submissions will be shared only with the program committee. All submissions should include a paragraph-length abstract as well.  Poster-only submissions can include only the one-paragraph abstract and do not require an extended abstract.
