Guidelines for talks:
1. For the contributed talks, we have allocated 15 minutes for each presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions/discussion, thus 20 minutes total.
2. For the invited talks, we have allocated 35 minutes for each presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions/discussion, thus 40 minutes total.
3. If you wish to use visuals, please prepare your presentation as a PowerPoint or pdf file. If you are using online clips/materials, make sure you test them before your presentation starts.
4. Please bring your presentation on a USB stick, as a desktop will be connected to the audiovisual system in the conference room. There is no time to connect and disconnect personal laptops for each presentation as this may cause technical difficulties.
5. We recommend that you arrive in the conference room 15 minutes before the start of your session to ensure that everything is set up correctly.
Guidelines for posters:
Tuesday poster session
- If your poster session is on Tuesday, you can put up your poster from 12:30 on Tuesday. Please remove your poster before 11:00 on Wednesday.
Thursday poster session
- If your poster session is on Thursday, you can put up your poster from 09:00 on Thursday. Please remove your poster at the end of the day, before 19:00.
Poster format
- The required poster format is A0 portrait, measuring 84.1 × 118.8 cm.
